Introducing Brand Archive
Super-power your brand research with Brand Archive, a new tool for designers.
Hi,
I’d like to introduce you to a new tool I’ve been building called Brand Archive. Brand Archive will super-power brand research for brand building graphic designers. It makes fully-searchable the components of iconic brands past and present, so finding inspiration is quicker and more enjoyable.
Brand Archive is more curated than Pinterest. Easier to search through than a design blog and with clearer attribution than Instagram, so it’s always easy to know who designed what and when.
We’ve also broken brands down into their individual parts, their colour values and type combinations to help catalyse your creativity.
Start your research with these fantastic brands:
Adidas, 1989 (Pro)
Ostro by Mucho, 2023
Future Factory by Dutchscot, 2022
Pepsi by Jerome Gould, 1969 (Pro)
We hope to build Brand Archive into a powerful research tool and historical platform, and we need your help. We’re looking for feedback. Start using Brand Archive here, and please share your thoughts and ideas via support or in the comments section below.
Also, we’ve been on the hunt for historical brand guidelines, and delighted to be able to show rarely seen assets from brands such as Adidas, National and Bridgestone. And we’ve got more to add. Check them out here.
Thanks for reading, and look forward to reading your thoughts.
Kind regards, Rich
